Red Cross Blood Drive.  8 a.m. – 1:45 p.m., Vandercook Lake High School, 1000 Golf Avenue, Vandercook Lake.  The American Red Cross uses people of all races and ethnicities to give blood or platelets to help increase the diversity of the blood supply.

Yoga at Meijer Branch, Jackson District Library.  Join us at the Meijer Branch! Stop by the Meijer Branch every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., and Friday at 8:30 a.m. and let Jeanette Lamphere teach you yoga. Suggested donation of $3. Intended for adults.

Ward 6 Meeting with City Councilperson Colleen Sullivan.  Lagoons, Roads and Lead Lines.  Come on out Neighbor’s for our next community meeting. We will have a guest from the University of Michigan School of Public health who will be laying out their plans for a study in parts of the 6th Ward impacted by the lagoons. We will also go over the latest information on the work to get them fixed. I will give an update on roads and lead line replacement as well. 6 PM, Community Action Agency, 1214 Greenwood Avenue.
