Halloween Drive-Through at the Jackson YMCA.  The Y is offering a free drive-through event for families to pick up Halloween treats and mittens/hats for the winter.  This event is held in conjunction with the student meal distribution in partnership with JPS.  The Y team will be wearing their best costumes to make this a fun, festive day for all.  If children are in school, parents may pick up items for them.  11 AM to 1 PM.  Jackson YMCA, 127 West Wesley Street, Downtown Jackson.

Grand Rivers Farmers Market.  The Jackson Downtown Development Authority presents the Grand River Farmers Market.  Local produce, crafts, flowers, plants, baked goods and more.  9 AM to 2 PM Friday and Saturday.  Corner of Glick and Mechanic, along the Grand River.  Please practice social distancing and wear a mask.  Every Friday and Saturday through October.

Popcorn Drive-Thru Pickup.  Michigan Theatre.  Pull up on Mechanic Street (under the Michigan Theatre Marquee) between 5:00 and 6:30 P.M.  For your free box (or boxes) of famous Michigan Theatre popcorn.  Just pull up and one of our masked and gloved representatives will hand you the popcorn.

Grand Rivers Farmers Market.  The Jackson Downtown Development Authority presents the Grand River Farmers Market.  Local produce, crafts, flowers, plants, baked goods and more.  9 AM to 2 PM Friday and Saturday.  Corner of Glick and Mechanic, along the Grand River.  Please practice social distancing and wear a mask.  Every Friday and Saturday through October.

Community Halloween Drive-Thru and Walk-Thru Event.  The FREE COVID-19 Community Halloween Drive-thru and Walk-thru Event will allow trick-or-treaters and their chaperones to stay safe and sound while traveling through lines hosted by the Dungytreei Heritage Foundation. Participants will receive candy and enjoy performances by the Kinderstar Academy of Dungytreei students and more!  Our partners:  Kinderstar Academy of Dungytreei, Quest South East Lions Club, Jackson District Library, Jackson First Presbyterian Church, Welcome Home Jackson.  Feel free to call Ms. Dena at 517-240-3511 for more information or visit the Facebook event page.

Westwinds Halloween Illuminate!  Westwinds Community Church and Youth Church present Illuminate! a Halloween After Dark Drive-Thru Experience.  Westwinds is illuminated for Halloween “no contact drive-thru” trick-or-treat. Dahlem Poinsettia Fundraiser.  Fresh beautiful poinsettias just in time for the holidays! 7 Colors to choose from!  Classic $13 – Red, Pink, and Cream.  Painted $15 – Purple, Fuchsia, Chameleon, and Blue.  Orders are due by Today, November 1st, and pick up is December 4th, 9:00-4:00 pm or call the office to make an appointment to pick up your order the following week.
