Grand River Farmers Market. 9 AM to 2 PM. A community-driven market prioritizing fresh local produce and Michigan-only homemade & artisan goods. Open Fridays and Saturdays, 9am-2pm throughout the summer into early fall. The Grand River Farmers Market is located in the parking lot of Grand River Brewery at the intersection of Louis Glick Highway and Mechanic Street. NEW: Rotating food trucks and music on select days. Grass Lake Traffic Jam’In. Beginning in 2009 the festival combined a classic car show with live music. Every year since, Traffic Jam’In has grown to include numerous family oriented events and attractions, nationally touring music groups, a variety of food and other vendors, and a certified 5K run/walk. LD & Pat’s Cruise-In and VCL Festival. 9 AM to 3 PM. Vandercook Lake County Park. Cars, crafts, concert and kids’ activities. Car show open to all years, makes and models. $10 car and raffles registration. Music by ABC Sisters Band and Disc Jockey. Cascades Humane Society 4th Annual Community Yard Sale. Join us for our fourth annual community yard sale at Cascades Humane Society on July 14th, 15th, and 16th! Shop until you drop- we will have tons of items, generously donated by our great community of supporters! Expect toys, pet items, clothing, shoes, sports equipment, books, decorations, kitchen items, and more! All proceeds from this event directly benefit the animals in our care!
