Zoso The Ultimate LED Zeppelin Experience. 7:30 PM. Celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2025, Zoso has become one of the most iconic and respected Led Zeppelin tribute experiences in the world, having played over 4,800 shows across the globe. Known for their unparalleled dedication to faithfully recreating the legendary band’s live performances, Zoso has earned accolades from both critics and fans alike. Jeremiah Commons Benefit Concert. 6 PM. Jeremiah Commons, a nonprofit formed to establish a conservation cemetery and land commons in Southern Michigan, is hosting a benefit concert at Art 634 on Friday, September 19, 6:00-9:30 pm (doors open at 5:30. There will be local food trucks (FFF, Jo-Joes and Aimee Jo’s Elephant Ears) and music featuring Elisabeth Pixley-Fink, Billy King, and an opening act from Little Spoon River. The night will be a fun, relaxing, and engaging way to raise funds and awareness for Jeremiah Commons’ efforts to launch this vision and educate the community about natural burial. Mrs. Roper Romp Downtown Jackson. Come and knock on our door…we’ve been waiting for you! It’s time to channel your inner Helen Roper for the second annual Romp on Saturday, September 20, 2025. Get your Friends together, dress in your colorful kaftan, fluff your curly wig and dig out your chunky jewelry to celebrate, shop, drink and dine yourselves around downtown Jackson. Check-in at Grand River Brewery 11:30am-12:15pm to pick up your swag bag, map and your After Party raffle ticket for a chance to win door prizes donated by local businesses. JSO Community Music School Open House. The Jackson Symphony Orchestra Community Music School is thrilled to invite families to its annual Open House on Saturday, September 20th , from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This free, family-friendly event promises an evening of musical discovery and fun at the JSO building, located in downtown Jackson. Guests will be guided on an exciting adventure throughout the JSO building, where they can learn fascinating musical facts from our experienced instructors. The event will feature captivating musical performances that showcase the talents of both students and faculty, providing a glimpse into the diverse genres and instruments taught at the school. Adding to the excitement, families can enjoy interactive games and activities. Sweet treats will also be available, making the afternoon even more delightful.

Camp Liberty Fall Fest and 5K Fun Run. 10 AM. Camp Liberty is a non-profit in Jackson County that provides outdoor activities to military veterans and their families. Come Join us for our Fall Fest and 5k Run/walk. 7044 Kappler Drive, Brooklyn.

Fall Mums for Sale. The Jackson Area Career Center’s Summer Greenhouse Co-op Program will be conducting their Fall Mum Sale. Every purchase supports hands-on learning and future careers in agriscience! Pots range in price from $8 to $15. Located at Meckley’s Fall Festival.

Jackson Young Professionals Passport Jackson Bus Tour. Jackson Young Professionals (JYP) is inviting the community to climb aboard for a one-of-a-kind adventure through Jackson County. The Passport Jackson Bus Tour will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering participants the chance to explore some of the area’s hidden gems. The twist? The stops are a mystery! Leading up to the event, JYP will release cryptic “clues” on social media, giving attendees a chance to guess the locations before the bus arrives. Participants are guaranteed at least one stop they’ve never visited before. Along the way, riders can enjoy a fun on-board trivia game, with winners entered into a prize drawing at the end of the tour. Tickets are $15 for the public and only $5 for JYP members. Designer Purse Bingo for Child Abuse Prevention. Join us for our first Designer Purse Bingo Fundraiser at the Commonwealth Commerce Center on September 20, 2025! Doors will open at 4:30pm, dinner will start at 5pm, and bingo will begin at 6:15pm. Each ticket includes dinner, 20 games of bingo, a dauber, and access to the cash bar. General admission tickets are $50 each. These do not include reserved seating, so you will want to be there early to ensure that all of the people in your group can sit together. Witches Walk. Join us for an evening of Halloween fun! Experience the magic of Halloween at the Witches Walk, a family-friendly, 1.3-mile lighted walk through dazzling, twinkling displays at Graves Farm, located on Michigan International Speedway property. Presented by the creators of the beloved Nite Lites light show, this unique event transforms the track into a glowing celebration of Halloween spirit. Astronomical Observatory Viewing Night. 9 PM to 11 PM. Students, employees, and community members are invited to enjoy an evening of stargazing through our campus telescope!
