The Green Market at Henry Ford.  Summer outdoor market:  Thursdays 9 AM – 2 PM. Corner of E. Mich. Ave. & Waterloo St., Jackson.  We focus on natural, sustainable Michigan produce and products.  All foods and products sold at The Green Market at Henry Ford Allegiance Health are grown and/or produced in Michigan using little or no pesticides, herbicides, inorganic fertilizers, or antibiotics.  This means healthier foods for the greater Jackson community and less pollution for our rivers and lakes.

JSO Community Music School Birthday Bash.  6 PM to 8 PM. Join us for a free party at the Community Music School! We’ll be celebrating 31 years of music education with a free event full of fun, games, and music. Starting at 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 17th we’ll have our doors open with cake, popcorn, music, games, and the opportunity to meet our instructors. Come and join the Community Music School, check out our facilities, and have a fun time!  Location: 215 W. Sounds of Summer at Cherry Creek Cellars. 6 PM to 9 PM.  Join us this Summer for our Thursday night music series: Sounds of Summer Presented by Visit Lenawee!  Every Thursday (June – August) from 6 – 9 PM on the Cherry Creek stage, enjoy some of the best solo & duo acts around. Leoni Township Summer Nights Music in the Park.  6 PM to 9 PM. Concerts in the Leoni Township Park in Michigan Center for the summer of 2023.  Vendors, Food Trucks.  Bring your lawn chairs.  Music tonight by Lexie Blue.

Michigan Theatre Popcorn Giveaway. 5 PM to 7 PM. Michigan Theatre Popcorn Drive Up returns on August 15 and 17.  We will be handing out boxes of our award-winning popcorn in front tj the theatre on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the next 3 weeks!  Free!   Follow our restoration and Capital Campaign online and check out our progress.

Cascades Humane Society Wine & Whiskers.  Summer breezes. Delicious wine. Good food.
