Winter Break Movie at the Michigan Theatre:  Smallfoot.  Migo is a friendly Yeti who discovers something that he didn’t know existed — a human. When his fellow villagers refuse to believe him, Migo embarks on an epic journey to find the mysterious creature that can put him back in good graces.  Doors open at 12:30 P.M. Film Starts at 1:00 P.M. Admission is 1 Dollar!

Theme Night Series at the Michigan Theatre:  Die Hard.  Doors open at 6:30 PM, movie starts at 7 PM.  Admission is $5.  Members get free medium combo.

Nite Lites at Michigan International Speedway.  The holiday display runs every day through Dec. 31, from 5:30 – 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5:30 – 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. The cost is $25 per car.   The display features two lanes of traffic  as guests drive through six lighted tunnels, 15 mega trees and more than 10-miles of Christmas lights lining the five-mile route.   Entrance on U.S. 12.

Hurst Planetarium Winter Shows.  3 Shows each day.  Tickets are $5 per person. “Let it Snow”, 11 AM.   Features a variety of holiday-themed music complete with high-resolution scenery and eye-popping artistic animation. This 30-minute program is a fun and entertaining experience for audiences of all ages, especially families, during the winter holiday months.  “One World, One Sky,” 1 PM.   Explore the night sky with Big Bird, Elmo, and their friends from Sesame Street for a journey across the world and to the Moon.  “Habitat Earth”, 3 PM.  Experience the limitless connections of the biological world and the people who live in it.  Hurst Planetarium, Ella Sharp Museum.
