Jackson YMCA Turkey Trot. Join us for a Jackson Thanksgiving Tradition! The Turkey Trot is an exciting race for all levels and age groups. Choose from a 5K Run, 5K Walk or a 10K Run. Martin Luther King Center, 1107 Adrian St., 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., hosted by Kingdom Life Ministries, JaxNaz Church, 3905 Clinton Road, noon to 3 p.m., hosted by Compassionate Ministries of Jackson County, and Jackson Interfaith Shelter, 414 S. Blackman St., 7 a.m. (breakfast), noon (lunch) and 5 p.m. (dinner).
