2025 JAXPO Business Showcase.  This one-day expo brings together businesses of all kinds for an afternoon of connection, visibility, and opportunity.  1:00 – 5:00 PM.  American 1 Event Center, Keeley Park, Downtown Jackson.  11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Bonus Morning Event: Economic Summit.  Kick off the day with valuable insights from community leaders and the latest regional economic updates.  1:00 – 3:00 PM Member 2 Member Power Hours.  Exclusive networking for Chamber members—designed for building professional connections, exploring collaborations, and expanding your reach.  3:00 – 5:00 PM  Open to the Public.  Free admission! This portion welcomes the community to explore booths, discover local businesses, and connect directly with exhibitors.

Fall Into Film:  Evil Dead Rise (2023).  Experience Evil Dead Rise (2023) on the big screen—an intense, modern installment of the iconic horror franchise. When two sisters reconnect in a run-down LA apartment, a sinister book hidden in the walls unleashes an ancient evil. What follows is a battle for survival filled with gore, dread, and supernatural horror. Directed by Lee Cronin, this entry honors Sam Raimi’s original vision while pushing the series in a chilling new direction. Part of our Fall into Film Thursday night series. Brooklyn Witches Night Out.  Don’t miss out …It’s Witches Night Out!  Come join us on the Square in downtown Brooklyn for some shopping, laughing, sipping, and spooky cheer! Thursday, October 16th from 5:30 – 8 pm. Wear your best Witch Attire! In-store prizes may be offered at each individual store.

October Large Group Meetup.  6 PM.  Country Club of Jackson.  Founded in 2014, Jackson Young Professionals has a dedicated group of volunteers running events to engage with and connect young professionals in the Jackson area. The Third Thursday Monthly Meetups offer an opportunity for you to see new places and businesses in Jackson while networking and meeting other young individuals in the area. Nite Lites Halloween Drive-Thru. The New Nite Lites Halloween light show is a drive-thru attraction roughly 2 miles for all ages to experience with no scary actors from the comfort of your own car. Train rides will be available.
