Ribbon Cutting for the Walk In Clinic Renovation at the Center for Family Health.  4 PM to 6 PM.  Tour the new Walk-In Clinic in advance of the September opening.  Light refreshments will be served.  Ribbon cutting at 4:30 PM.  Center for Family Health, 505 N. Jackson Street, Downtown Jackson.

Inclusive Excellence Waffle Breakfast.  9 a.m. Bert Walker Hall, Room 135.  Join us for a hot waffle breakfast! Meet and connect with our department and learn about what we do: Jobs and Internships, Engagement & bonding, National Leadership Trip, Affinity Liaisons, Networking opportunities, Fun games, and more.  Come meet fellow students at Jackson College as the fall term gets underway.  Central Campus, Jackson College.

Open Interviews at Vista Grande Villa.  1 PM.  Mark your calendar for our open interviews in The Grande Room from 1:00 – 4:00 pm on Tuesday, August 27th. We want to meet you and share our community purpose, vision and goals.  2251 Springport Road, Jackson.

Reading and Watching the Rainbow:  An All Ages Book and Movie Club.  5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  A book and movie group for LGBTQIA+ families, adults, teens, and allies to meet and discuss stories and make friends in a safe space.We will watch Red, White, & Royal Blue and distribute the book for The House on the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune. As always we bring the pizza, pop, and you bring your friends.  Hosted by Jackson Pride at Carnegie Branch, Jackson District Library.
