Drive Jackson Community Coffee Hours. 12 PM to 1:30 PM.  These open-house style coffee hours are an opportunity to get a brief overview of the finalized Drive Jackson plan, learn about next steps and early implementation priorities, ask questions and share ideas in a relaxed setting and connect with others who care about Jackson County’s future. All coffee hours will follow a similar format. Vito’s Espresso, 7975 Spring Arbor Rd., Spring Arbor.

Stuff the Bus.  Michigan Center Transportation, along with staff & students is collecting donations to help the Jackson Co. Animal Shelter. If you go to their website they have Wish List. You may drop off your donations at 400 S. State St., Transportation Department,  across from the High School between 7am & 5pm the week of February 23rd thru the 27th.You may also send them in with your children as we have donation boxes in all three school buildings. Our four legged friend’s thank you for your donations.

Tech Help Tuesdays. 1 PM to 3 PM.  Need help with your phone, tablet, laptop, or other tech device? Join us every Tuesday from 1–3 PM at the Jackson District Library’s Brooklyn Branch conference room for Tech Help Tuesdays! Bring your device and your questions—our staff is here to assist with troubleshooting, setup, and basic tech support. No appointment needed!

Smithson’s Gamble:  The Incredible History of the Smithsonian Institution.  2 PM to 3 PM.  Take part in our conversation with Tom Crouch about the trials, errors, and incredible legacy of the Smithsonian’s foundation. Industry Night at the Honky Tonk.  Every Tuesday night, we’re taking care of the folks who take care of everyone else.
