Queen of the Miraculous Medal School Information Night.  Learn how your child will excel at Queen’s School.  Meet teachers and tour the school, visit technology-equipped classrooms and lab, receive curriculum and tuition information.  Preschool:  6 PM; K-6th Grade:  6:45 PM.  811 S. Jackson County District 7 and 8 Community Meeting.  Hosted by County Commissioners Daniel J. Mahoney and Darius Williams.  Join commissioners, Daniel Mahoney and Darius Williams for the first community meeting for districts 7 and 8 of Jackson County. City of Jackson Neighborhood Meeting.  Jackson City Councilmember Arlene Robinson is holding a neighborhood meeting for Jackson’s First Ward at 6:30 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Center. All residents are welcome to attend to learn about the latest news from the First Ward.  Main topics of discussion include neighborhood watch groups in the ward, information on road repair proposals voters will be considering, and improvements to parks in the neighborhood.   Jackson resident Diane Washington will also be there to talk with residents about a community youth group called Young People of Promise.   The Martin Luther King Center, 1107 Adrian Street, Jackson.

Family Night at Allskate.  Bring the whole family, Mom, Dad and the kids! Adm is only $4, skate rental $, Laser Tag only $4. Early Bird Food specials will be featured, so bring your appetite as well. Family Fun Pack only $40 includes: Skating, rental skates, 10 game tokens each, 1 game of Laser Tag each for (4) people.
