Grand River Brewery Kid’s Pizza Class.  5 – 7:30 PM.  Grand River Brewery Kid’s Pizza Class, 117 W Louis Glick Hwy, Jackson.  Tickets are $15.  With school being out for summer, your kiddos are surely looking for fun and enriching activities to make a memorable summer break. Grand River Brewery Jackson has a great opportunity for kids to learn a new skill and have fun while doing it! Our Kid’s Pizza Making Class is made to be fun and delicious.  For $15 per ticket, your child will learn to make a 12 inch pizza with cheese and pepperoni (pepperoni optional), plus they get a (non-alcoholic) drink of their choice. Nixon Water Park.  The City of Jackson Nixon Water Park season is now underway.  Hours are Monday thru Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM, session price $5.  3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, session price $4.  Senior Swim:  Tuesday and Friday, 9 AM to 10:30 AM, session price $2.  Closed Sundays.  400 E. North Street at Cooper Street, Jackson.

Cascades Humane Society Wine & Whiskers.  Summer breezes. Delicious wine. Good food. Great company.  Wine and Whiskers, Cascades Humane Society’s wine and food pairing event, is back this summer at Sandhill Crane Vineyards! Catholic Charities Zero K Fundraising Event.  Who said you need to run a 5K to raise money for a good cause? Join our Zero K fundRACEing event and help us make a difference! No training required, just bring your enthusiasm and support. You and your friends can register to participate in the virtual race taking place July 7th -27th by going to JustGiving.com.
