Food Truck Tuesday.  11 AM to 1 PM.  Presented by the Jackson Area Food Truck Association at Horace Blackman Park, Downtown Jackson.  Downtown Jackson, it is almost time to take lunch outside. Join us for another round of local food, cold treats, and good people gathered in the heart of downtown. This week’s lineup: West Texas BBQ, Rollin’ Hoagies, The Melted Grill, The Great American Food Truck. The Crazy Cowboy, IceMan Concessions , Kona Ice of Central Jackson Co., Howdy Doodles Ice Cream. Food Truck Tuesdays have been part of downtown Jackson summers since 2018. Come grab lunch, meet your people in the park, and support the local trucks that help keep this tradition moving.

The Bad Guys 2 – Kids Summer Movie Series.  $1 Admission • June 23–25 • Showings at 11 AM & 2 PM • Doors 30 Minutes Before Each Showing.  Join us at the Michigan Theatre for The Bad Guys 2 as part of our Summer Kids Movie Series, sponsored by Kiwanis & Southern Michigan Bank and Trust. The Bad Guys are back for another action-packed adventure full of laughs, twists and teamwork. This time, the reformed crew is pulled into a brand-new mission that puts their skills, loyalty and good-guy status to the test. A fun, fast-paced family movie about friendship, second chances and trying to do the right thing. Admission is just $1.

Free Community Dinner.  5:30 PM.  Join Grow Jackson for a free community dinner at River & Rail!  Enjoy delicious pasta from Love, Pasta, connect with neighbors, and take part in a fun evening for the whole family. Dinner, a free bag of groceries, recipes and nutrition resources, and family-friendly activities will all be provided at no cost. After dinner, stay for hands-on learning about gardening, healthy food, composting, pollinators, and more. Attendees will take home items such as container gardens, seeds, recipes, and other resources. All ages are welcome. We hope to see you there! River & Rail, 137 West North Street, Jackson.
