Healthwise Campus Walk at Jackson College.  10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.  Get moving as we focus on health and wellness with a campus walk! Have some fun, gain more knowledge about the benefits of walking and enjoy Jackson College’s fitness trail and campus! All are welcome at this fun, free event!

Michigan Theatre Summer Kids Movie Series:  The Little Mermaid. 11 AM and 2 PM.  Doors open one half hour before showtime.  This year’s Kids Film Series is sponsored by Kiwanis Club of Jackson. Kids Combo,  Small Drink and Popcorn for 5 dollars. Admission is 1 dollar.  Michigan Theatre, Downtown Jackson.

What Does a Park Ranger Do?  11:30 AM.  What’s it like working at a National Park? How does someone become a park ranger? Join us to learn the answers to these questions and more former National Parks Ranger Bambi Skrzynski.  Kids and families are welcome.  Brooklyn Branch: June 25, 11:30 AM.  No registration required. Kids Craft Day at Suburban Lanes. 12 PM to 5 PM.  This week is for the birds! Put those crafty hands to work building the perfect birdhouse hangout for all your backyard birdies. There will be 3 different styles to choose from and are $12 each.  Suburban Lanes, 3801 Ann Arbor Road, Jackson.

Reading and Watching the Rainbow:  An All Ages Book and Movie Club.  5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.  A book and movie group for LGBTQIA+ families, adults, teens, and allies to meet and discuss stories and make friends in a safes space. Let’s get together and watch a movie together in the Auditorium at the Carnegie Branch Library. We’ll bring the pizza and popcorn. You bring your friends. This month we’ll watch a movie and also pick up the book The House on the Cerulean Sea by TJ Klune. Book Discussion will be July.  Hosted by Jackson Pride Center at the Carnegie Branch, Jackson District Library.

Harmony Garden Summer Concert.  6 PM.  The Harmony Gardener’s Summer Concert series at the Cascades Rotary Bandshell is back for the summer 2024! This event date is Tuesday, June 25th from 6-7pm and we have partnered with MomCo at JaxNaz in Jackson for this fun free grassroots event! We can’t wait to see you!
