Food Truck Tuesdays.  11 AM to 1 PM.  Food Truck Tuesdays are back for Summer 2023!  A delectable lineup of 12 Food Trucks:  Simply Spanish, Melted, Freddy’s Food Hut, Baxter’s Dawgs, Tiki Sam’s Pizza, Craveable, Ice Man Concessions, Rollin’ Hoagies, Bug Guy Catering, PB&J’s BBQ, Junk Yard Dog, and Whiskey Jack’s BBQ.  Enjoy your lunch outside in beautiful downtown Jackson’s Horace Blackman Park with a performance by singer/songwriter/poet Brian Tucker, sponsored by the Michigan Theatre of Jackson. MDOT Open House.  4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting a public open house to discuss the proposed bridge construction and watermain installation in the City of Jackson. Experts will be available to answer questions about the 2024-2025 project.  Where: MDOT University Region Office, 4701 W. Michigan Avenue, Jackson.

Photo Walk.  6 PM to 7:30 PM.  Photo Walks will take place at Ella Sharp Park. Practice techniques and settings. Ask questions, get answers, and immediate feedback. Limited to 5 people. Jam Session with TC and the Roadmasters.  7 PM to 10:30 PM.  Performance & Jam Session.  TC & the Roadmasters kick off with a performance set, then open the stage to jammers.  TCRM closes with a short set at 10ish. Bar & snacks. $8 door for 3+ hrs of rehearsed and spontaneous music. Musicians with instruments who sign in to play are admitted free.  BLUEStage Club, 398 W. Brooklyn Road, Napoleon.
