Together is Better. 3 PM. Cabin Fever, Winter Blues, Under the Weather, Depression, whatever you title it, it’s real and can affect everyone at any age. We are focused on Senior Wellness at Vista Grande Villa and in the Jackson community, but anyone is welcome. This is the first in our Quarterly Wellness Series on senior wellness, staying active and staying engaged. We are partnering with Henry Ford Health to bring you this informative discussion time to learn more about our mental health and social awareness. Vista Grande Villa offers a wide array of activities in house, as well as outings in the local community to give residents opportunities to stay connected.
