Cosmic Christmas Light Show.  Hurst Planetarium, Ella Sharp Museum.  Our annual holiday light show is here! This year we are picking things up a notch with our new light show with updated graphics and soundtrack produced by the Longway Planetarium. This is a must not miss event for anyone looking for some holiday fun!  Price: $5 for adults, free for members, and free for children 3 and under.  Dates: 3 Times Daily from December 17-23, 2022.  Times: 11:30 am, 2:30 pm, & 4:00 pm each day.  Register online here.

Santa Visits the Cafe.  4:30 PM to 7 PM.  Kids of all ages, join us at Café Connection this Wednesday, Dec 21, to welcome our special guest, Santa! We will be offering free photo opportunities with Santa throughout the night.  Our Christmas-themed night at the Café has a special breakfast-themed menu for the night. Join us for sit-down dining at cost!  First Baptist Church, 201 N. Jackson Street, Downtown Jackson.

DDA Holiday Window Decorating Contest.  Downtown Jackson is celebrating the holidays with creative window displays at stores, restaurants and other businesses/organizations throughout the Downtown.  This year’s theme is “Winter Wonderland”.  You are invited to vote for your favorite window display on social media.  Voting runs through December 21 and winners announced on December 23.  Visit Downtown Jackson!

Jackson Early Bird Toastmasters Educational Meeting.  Join the  Jackson Early Birds Toastmasters Educational at Christoff’s Floor Covering Community Room or on Zoom each Wednesday from 6:45-8 am.  Downtown Jackson Michigan contact the Vice President of Membership Doug Brinker at energizerprz13@gmail.com for Zoom details.  We hold specific quarterly Open Houses in September, December, and March. Nite Lites DRIVE THRU CHRISTMAS LIGHT SHOW.  Now thru Dec. 31, 2022.  Open every day including holidays. Time: 5:30 pm – 9 pm Sunday thru Thursday,  5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Friday & Saturday.  Pricing: $30 per car/vehicle (Sun – Thurs), $35 per car/vehicle (Fri & Sat), $45 per limo/motorhome/mini bus, $100 per tour bus.  Accepts cash and credit/debit cards.  Michigan International Speedway.  Two US-12 Entrances:  West bound use Lot 8 Entrance, East bound use Graves Farm Entrance.  All Aboard!
