Ella Sharp Museum Exhibit.  Diane Washington and Ella Sharp Museum present “Bringing the Village to Life: The YPOP Explorers-Young People of Purpose Story”. Exhibit and program support comes from American 1 Credit Union.  What started out as a way to introduce art to youth has become a community outreach movement: YPOP (Young People of Purpose). The exhibition, Bringing the Village to Life: The YPOP Story, now open at Ella Sharp Museum and shares the story of Jackson’s Diane Washington and the YPOP organization.

Porch Leaner Craft.  4 PM to 7 PM.  Not so Shabby, Oh so Chic.  Come and create your own Porch Leaner for the upcoming Spring/Summer or everyday occasion for your business, garden, or home. Cost us $50.00 which includes dinner from Kibby Cobb and beverages.  2624 Kibby Road, Jackson.

Weekly Food Drop.  2 PM to 4 PM.  The Weekly Food Drops will take place every Wednesday from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Volunteers will be distributing pre-assembled food boxes directly to cars at The Arbor Church, 120 East Main Street, Spring Arbor.  No restrictions, everyone is welcome. While supplies last! 

Wednesday Skate and Laser Tag.  6 PM to 8 PM.  Allskate Fun Center.  Admission:  $8.  $4 for any type of skate rental / Skate Mates $5 + Deposit.  Super Fun Pass only $14 includes: Skating, rental skates, 10 game tokens each, 1 game of Laser Tag.  Laser Tag Hours 6-8pm.  1 Play: $6 Double Play: $9.  Allskate Fun Center, 1313 West North Street, Jackson.

Celebrate Chinese New Year.  Jackson District Library.  Stop by any JDL branch starting January 3 to pick up a kit with crafts and activities for learning about and celebrating the Chinese New Year.  Kits available while supplies last.
