The Kiwanis Summer Kids Series presents “Son of Bigfoot” at The Michigan Theatre.   Admission is $1.00 Doors open one half hour before film.  11 AM and 2 PM.  Kids combos available for $4.00.

Wednesday Family Show at the Cascades.  Star Wars Night.  Flyte will delight you with their informal and interactive classic rock format.  Maybe they’ll give you a chance to “Stump the Band”!  Gates open at 7 PM.  Admission is $10 for family of up to 8. Presented by The Myers Family Little Caesars of Jackson and Jackson County Parks.

Christmas in July at Caffe Lilla.  Celebrate Christmas in July with Caffe Lilla! Bring a donation for Jackson County’s Aware Shelter and receive a free coffee. 7 AM to 7 PM.  1302 West Michigan Avenue, Jackson.

The Sandstone Congregational Church will be hosting its Swiss Steak Dinner today from 4-6 p.m. The menu will be Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, vegetables, rolls, beverage and dessert.   The cost is $9.00.  The Fellowship Center is on the lower level.
