Nite Lites Holiday Light Display.  Opening Night at their new location:  Michigan International Speedway.  November 23 to December 30.  Michigan International Speedway.  US-12 Entrance only, 12626 US-12, Brooklyn, Michigan 49230  Time: 5:30 pm – 9 pm Sunday thru Thursday.  5:30 pm – 10:00 pm Friday & Saturday.  Pricing: $20 per car / vehicle, $35 per mini-bus, $65 per tour bus.

The Christmas Art Show by K Gallery.  We will be hosting 30+ outstanding regional artists in a variety of mediums for four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas at the Southpoint Plaza in Jackson. (1931 Horton Road, Suite 12) Open Wednesdays through Saturdays Noon to 7 pm, Sundays Noon to 4 pm.

Lights on the Lane Holiday Walking Tour at Ella Sharp Museum.  Don’t miss the exciting opportunity to see Farm Lane decorated with lights and holiday displays. Get into the holiday spirit as you take an audio tour of our historic buildings. Popcorn & hot chocolate will be available. This event will be outside on Farm Lane, so please dress accordingly.  6 PM to 8 PM, Ella Sharp Museum.

Season of Light at Hurst Planetarium.  Explore all the reasons humans are so fascinated with lighting up our lives during the December holiday season. of the astronomical meanings behind seasonal traditions, including the “Star over Bethlehem”. The show will be followed by a live visual tour of the Winter sky and interactive flight through the universe.  Hurst Planetarium, Ella Sharp Museum.

Sauk presents “It’s A Wonderful Life”.  All performances take place at the Sauk Theatre, 240 E. Chicago St. in Jonesville. Tickets are $12 for adults, $10 for seniors (55 and up) and students and $8 for children (12 and under). Tickets can be purchased at www.thesauk.org or by calling 517-849-9100. 

Artist Reception at the Orange Peacock Gallery at the Ella featuring John Blank.  5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  The Orange Peacock at Ella Sharp Museum, 3225 Fourth St., Jackson.   Enjoy complimentary beer and wine.

Downtown Power Outage

Due to the downtown power outage, JTV will return to live programming on Wednesday, April 17.
