Community Action Agency presents Show Me the Money Day.  Community Action Agency is collaborating with the Jackson Area Association of Realtors for the event at  Jackson Crossing Mall from 3:00 PM-6:30 PM.   The event will help participants connect with free income tax assistance, low-cost banking products, financial counseling, homebuyer education and other resources. Events are completely free and open to the public.   Show Me the Money Day began in 2011 in Lansing and Flint.  Since then, communities of all sizes across Michigan have stepped up to host events, helping thousands to access important financial resources at tax time. In 2016, Show Me the Money Day touched more than 1,800 Michigan residents in 25 communities. Scholarships 101.  Presented by Brian Green from the College and Career Access Center, learn about the scholarship process and get some tips to help your scholarship hunt. Intended for teens and adults.  Carnegie Branch, Jackson District Library.  5:30 PM, 244 W. Michigan Ave. Jackson.

Yoga at Meijer Branch, Jackson District Library.  Stop by the Meijer Branch every Monday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and let Jeanette Lamphere teach you yoga. Suggested donation of $3. Intended for adults.

Pop Pilates at Spring Arbor Branch, Jackson District Library.  Join us every Wednesday at 9 a.m. for Pop Pilates with Allie. Suggested donation of $3. Intended for adults.

Wednesday Night Cheap Skate at Allskate Fun Center.  6:30-8:30pm Skate & Laser Tag.  Admission is only $4 and skate rental is $2 (Skates or Blades).  Laser Tag:  1 play $5, Double play $8.  Family & Group Rates Available.  Hot Dog & Pop only $2.  Allskate Fun Center, 1313 West North Street.
