The Family Night Concert Series at the Cascades Falls is a wonderful way to spend a relaxing Wednesday night, enjoying great music and the beautiful Falls. Tonight, the Toppermost Beatles Tribute Band takes you down memory lane from the early Beatles tunes of the 60s to their breakup in the 70s.  Gates open at 7PM.  Admission is $10 for up to 8 family members.

The Carnegie Branch of the Jackson District Library presents a Three-Part Business Marketing Seminar Series: Grow Your Business with Email Marketing & Social Media. Not sure where to start with your business email marketing and social media? This seminar, held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 p.m., will give you a greater understanding of marketing basics and provide guidance for what to write and offer in your campaigns. The Kiwanis Summer Kids Series continues with “Boss Baby” at the Michigan Theatre.  Film times are 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.  Doors open half hour before show times.  Admission is $1.00!  Sponsored by Kiwanis Clubs of Jackson and Brooklyn.

Grand River Brewery’s 4 Year Anniversary is being celebrated with their annual pig roast and beer release with live music! Just like last year, we’ll be roasting 2 pigs! Plates are $16 and include a 1/2 lb. of pork, bbq sauce, slaw, potato salad, corn on the cob, and a slice of watermelon.  MUG CLUB FOUNDERS MEMBERS GET A FREE PLATE!  It wouldn’t be a brewery party without a beer release! We’ll be debuting our new Pinky ‘N Da Grain Raspberry Gose!  Billy Lewis and The Soulbacks will be playing a live set from 6PM-9PM.

The Bohm Theatre in Albion celebrates Pride Month with Bohm Pride, an event featuring the movie “The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert”.  Show time is 7PM.  Free event and regular concessions will be open.

The Sandstone Congregational Church will be hosting a Swiss Steak Dinner on  June 28 from 4-6 p.m. The menu will be Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw, vegetables, rolls, beverage and dessert. The cost is $9.00. The Fellowship Center is on the lower level.
