Jonesville 7, Grass Lake 5: The Warriors lost to Jonesville in the opening game of the Onsted Invitational. Jacob Collins had two hits and knocked in two runs for the Warriors. Blake Stark and Matt Gould also recorded two hits apiece for Grass Lake.
Grass Lake 14, Reading 4: The Warriors won the consolation final at the Onsted Invitational on Saturday. Brayden Lape and Dawsen Duible each recorded two hits in the win. Grass Lake is 3-5 on the season following the win.
Zeeland East 12, Concord 0: The Yellow Jackets only had one hit by Levi Raymond in the loss.
Western 13, Hanover-Horton 2: Drew Braun and Nolan Wheeler combined on a four-hitter for Western. Dalton Heavy, Jack LaPorte, and Braun each had multiple hits in the win for the Panthers. Braylon Sayles had a pair of hits for Hanover-Horton.
Springport 6, Maple Valley 5: The Spartans scored five times in the fifth inning to pull out the win. Matt Riehle went 3-for-3 at the plate for the Spartans.
Springport 15, Bellevue 4: The Spartans scored seven times in the fifth inning to close out the game. Matt Riehle, Drew Sanford, and Ryan Teague each knocked in two runs for the Spartans (4-5).
Softball
Columbia Central 7, Homer 4: Ava Lyke, Kenadee Tompkins, and Berlynn Like each had two RBIs in the road win on Saturday. Gianna Evans earned the win with 11 strikeouts for CCHS.
Columbia Central 7, Homer 4: The Golden Eagles scored three times in the ninth inning to pull out the win. Ava Lyke hit a home run and Grace Keller had a pair of hits for CCHS (10-3).
Grass Lake at Gull Lake Invitational: The Warriors won the first game 6-5, but lost game two 10-7. Katelyn Postuma knocked in three runs with a double to win game one. Olivia Turner and Laney Brown both had multiple hits for Grass Lake. Emily Brown had three hits for Grass Lake () in game two (5-3).

Western 3, Hanover-Horton 2: Abby Niewswender had two RBIs and two hits for Western in the win. Hailey Whisman gave up only three hits and struck out 13 batters for the win. Dani Riggs knocked in both runs for the Comets.
Western 7, Hanover-Horton 4: Western scored three times in the bottom of the sixth inning to pull out the win. Ashley Sturgill had three hits and Hailey Whisman earned the pitching win for Western. Aimierah Jarrett had two hits for Hanover-Horton (7-4). Western is 6-2 with the home wins.
Springport 25, Bellevue 7: The Spartans scored all 25 runs in the first four innings. Abby Heisler drove in five runs in the contest for the Spartans with two hits. Rachel Potter drove in four runs for Springport.
Marshall 7, Springport 3: Rebekkah Betz had three runs for the Spartans in the loss. Springport is 6-6 overall for the season following the loss.
Boys track and field
Concord at Pittsford Invitational: Concord High School finished third with 84 points. Reading won the event with 109 points and Petersburg-Summerfield was second scoring 89 points. Malachi Boyd won the 200-meter dash for Concord in 24.22 seconds; Joe Bulko won the 3,200-meter run in 11:17; and Mekhi Wingfield won the long jump with a leap of 20-8.5. Jackson Prep finished ninth in the team competition with six points. Diego BoCole finished fourth in the 1,600-meter run for JPEC running the event in 5:02.
Girls track and field
Concord at Pittsford Invitational: Jackson Prep finished ninth with six points and Concord finished 10th with three points at Pittsford. Jamilla Lamb finished fourth for JPEC in the discus with a toss of 85-1. Rylee Weeks of Concord placed sixth in the 800-meter run in 2:52.

Western 0, Eaton Rapids 0: The Panthers are now 3-3-1 on the season following the scoreless tie.
Girls tennis
Northwest at Holly Quad: Northwest High School finished fourth with two points. Hollis Rumler and Dusti Morris won singles’ matches at Nos.3 and 4 respectively.

Jackson Quad: Jackson High School finished 0-2-1 on the day, losing to Lumen Christi 8-0, tying Livonia Churchill 4-4, and losing to DeWitt. The Vikings swept the singles against Churchill with wins by Delaney Jones, Eva Curtis, Lauren Jones, and Megan Jones at Nos. 1-4 respectively. For the Titans, Maggie Page, Olivia Eaker, Michaela Hauer, and Genevieve Brawner won singles’ matches at Nos. 1-4 respectively against the Vikings. Lauren Craft/Alexa Thompson won 6-1 and 6-2 at No. 1 doubles against Jackson; Lily Melnick/Ella Melatich won 7-5 and 6-2 at No. 2 doubles; Lucy Martin and Lexie Thornhill won 6-1 and 6-1 at No. 3 doubles; and Maddison Arcaro/Kate Ganton won for the Titans at No. 4 doubles.
