Michigan Center  55, Addison 28 : Aaralyn Tripp recorded a double-double for the Cardinals with 10 points and 11 rebounds.  Julia Reynolds scored 17 points, and Hailey Mees scored eight points and eight steals.   

Northwest  61, Western 39  

Springport 64, Union City 25: Maddux Overweg of Springport High School nearly tallied a triple-double with 21 points, 10 steals and eight assists for the Spartans. Chloey Speed finished with 11 points and Brenna Crittenden and Ciarra Brock added eight points apiece for Springport.  

Wrestling

Girls Tournament at Monroe St. Mary: Danni Swihart won the 140-pound weight in the girls-only tournament at Monroe. Sister Drew Swihart was third at 125 pounds. McKenna Worthing of East Jackson placed second at 120 pounds; teammate Kayla Winget (135) placed fourth; Aliyah Warner of EJHS finished fourth at 140 pounds; Columbia Central wrestler Olivia Wood finished third at 170; and teammate Bella Huston on the title at 235 pounds. 

Napoleon Tri-meet with Bath, Erie Mason: Napoleon High School defeated Erie Mason 49-24 and Bath 48-24 in a home meet on Friday night. Aiden Bocanegra (120), Joey Donahee (144) and Bart Laretz (190) scored pins against. Pins were recorded by Zack Bamm (175), Aiden Nugent (215), and Dallas Smith 285 against Erie Mason. 

Competitive cheer

CCCAM at Michigan Center: The Cardinals finished second in the Division 4 competition at home on Friday. Michigan Center scored 415.9 in the two-round event. Columbia Central was third (382) and Concord finished fifth (350). Northwest placed fifth in the Divisions 1/2 competition scoring 338.

Hillsdale 28.5, Columbia Central 1.5: Landon Miller rolled a 177 game to lead Columbia Central. 

Michigan Center 27, Addison 3: Cole Troyer of Michigan Center led all scorers with a 384 at JAX 60 on Friday.  

Napoleon 26, East Jackson 4: Dustin Moeckel rolled a 524 series and Logan Schneider bowled a 405 series to lead the Pirates. Jordan Tripp finished with a 378 to lead the Trojans.

Napoleon 30, East Jackson 0: Natasha Eastridge bowled a 195 game for Napoleon.

Lumen Christi 3, West Ottawa 1: Wyatt Long, Jake King, and Josh DuMont scored goals for the Titans. 

Gymnastics

JAG at Fowlerville: Jackson Area Gymnastics won its third consecutive invitational scoring 140.325 points in the process. Alyssa Budd of JAG was first on the vault (8.775), the bars (8.525), the floor (9.475) and the all-around (35.775). Jenna Bradley finished fourth on the bars (8.25), Alaina Brown and Megan Jones tied for fourth on the beam (9.25) and Addi Richmond was third (9.275). Richmond also finished third on the floor (9.175) and third in the overall (35.1) for JAG.
