Boys Basketball
Grass Lake 48, Columbia Central 35: Jacob Collins had a monster game with 18 points and 13 rebounds for Grass Lake. Brayden Lape added 13 points for GLHS. Conner Cole scored 15 points and Derek Sanders finished with 13 points for CCHS.
Manchester 68, Vandercook Lake 49: The Flying Dutchmen earned a win over the Jayhawks in the Cascades Conference crossover contest at VCL.
Leslie 68, Addison 45: Jack Fossitt scored 16 points, Conner Marciniak scored 14 points, and Johnnie Johnson added 10 points for Leslie in the Cascades Conference crossover game. Jaxon Sword scored 14 points for Addison.
Hillsdale Academy 55, Jackson Christian 29: The Royals were within two points at halftime but Hillsdale outscored JCHS 17-3 in the third quarter to pull away. Isaac Lanham scored 10 points and Caleb Lanham added nine points for Jackson Christian.
Girls Basketball
Concord 53, Bronson 45: The young Yellowjackets got it done at home. Both teams were tied with Springport in the Big Eight Conference heading into the contest. Cieara Barrett scored 20 points, Bradie Lehman added 12 points, and Maria Stevens tallied 10 points for Concord (14-3 overall, 8-1 Big 8).
Grass Lake 55, Leslie 38: The Warriors celebrated senior night with a victory and winning the Cascades Conference Eastern Division. Kate Starkey scored 26 points and Reese Lape added nine points and 10 rebounds in the win.
Springport 55, Lenawee Christian 29: Springport earned a non-conference win on the road Thursday. Maddux Locke scored 17 points and created eight steals and seven assists for the Spartans. Chloey Speed finished with 12 points and four steals for Springport.
Bowling
Coldwater 18, Western 12: Buster Marr rolled a 207 game and Nolan Woodworth added a 201 game for the Panthers.
Girls Bowling
Coldwater 27, Western 3: Gaby Semenchuk bowled a 330 series to lead Western.
Gymnastics
SCGL Finals at Western High School: Addi Richmond stole the show for Jackson Area Gymnastics at the South Central Gymnastics League finals at Western High School. Richmond was first in the floor (9.425), second in the beam (9.0) and bars (8.675), and third in the vault (8.65) winning the all-around with 35.75. Melody Placeway of JAG finished third on the bars (8.4) and fourth in the all-around (33.65). Jackson Area Gymnastics won the event and the conference with a score of 136.2 and Western was second scoring 130.075. Hannah Whiting was fourth on the bars (8.2) and sixth in the all-around (32.975) for Western. Taylor Paquin finished third on the floor (9.025) for the Panthers.

Baseball
Warner 6, Spring Arbor 5: The Cougars fell to 0-3 on the season with a loss to Warner. Joey Tessmer finished with two hits and knocked in two runs for SAU.
Softball
Oakland City 3, Spring Arbor 2: Oakland City scored in the last inning to earn the victory. Emmalee Hamp and Elaina Walker each had a pair of hits for SAU.
Spring Arbor 7, Oakland City 6: The Cougars scored twice in the sixth inning taking the lead. Emmalee Hamp finished with three hits and two RBIs and Grace Lentz added four hits for SAU (1-1)
