Boys basketball

Napoleon 70, East Jackson 44: Zack Johnson, DeVonta Habern and Kyler Reason all scored 12 points for Napoleon in the win. East Jackson was led by Shonte Potter with 12 points and 11 rebounds. 

Vandercook Lake 70, Grass Lake 66: Brayden Lape scored 16 points and pulled down 11 rebounds for Grass Lake. Gus Vitale scored 13 points, Blake Stark finished with 12 points, and Jack Easterday tallied 11 points for the Warriors.  Jermaine Buckner led Vandercook Lake with 34 points in the win. 

Michigan Center 57, Hanover-Horton 54: Nikolas Kosmet scored 17 points, Daylen Hinkle added 14 points, and Carter Kosmet added 12 points for the Cardinals. The Comets scored 22 points in the fourth quarter, but fell short. 

Quincy 51, Springport 41 

Columbia Central 38, Hudson 37:  Columbia Central moved to 5-1 in the Lenawee County Athletic Association as freshman Derek Sanders scored 14 points and pulled down five rebounds.

Girls basketball

Columbia Central 55, Hudson 22: Tadassa Brown scored 15 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished four assists for Columbia Central. Zoie Bamm added 11 points for CCHS.  

Boys Bowling

Napoleon 29, Michigan Center 1: Dominick Courtney rolled a 173 to lead Michigan Center at JAX 60. 

Northwest 26, Hastings 4: Logan Jahr finished with a 448 series and Cody Hall rolled a 446 series to lead Northwest. 

Marshall 20, Western 10: Tobyn LePeak led Western with a 269 game, Mike Weaver bowled a 222 game, and Austin Ball finished with a 201. 

Girls Bowling

Napoleon 29, Michigan Center 1: Olivia Hurd finished with a 156 game for the Cardinals at JAX 60. 

Hastings 24.5, Northwest 5.5: Lacey Wenman rolled a 297 series to lead the Mounties. 

Marshall 28, Western 2: Kloey Sawyer finished with a 158 game, Madison McDonald rolled a 156 game, and Ashlyn Kurtz shot 150 for the Panthers. 

 Gymnastics

Jackson 135.4, Tecumseh/Manchester/Columbia 127.9: Alyssa Budd of Napoleon and Addi Richmond of Jackson won two events each for Jackson Area Gymnastics. Budd tied for first in the vault with 8.9 and won the floor exercise with 9.25. Richmond won the bars with 8.125 and the beam scoring 8.9.  Melody Placeway of Jackson High School finished second in the vault (8.725) and second on bars (7.975) for JAG. She finished second (32.525) to Richmond (33.875) in the all-around competition.    

Saline 126.95, Western 125.4: Shelby Koehler was second on the floor (8.4) and third in the all-around (31.0) for Western. Kenzie Hiler was second on the bars (7.55) and Nora Nash was second on the beam (8.3) for the Panthers.
