Hanover-Horton 64, Columbia Central 52: Luke Soper led Hanover-Horton with 26 points and Logan Blackledge added 22 points in the Comets’ win. Conner Cole scored 18 points and Derek Sanders added 17 points for CCHS.
Concord 62, Union City 56: The Yellow Jackets survived a road trip in the Big Eight Conference Friday night. Mekhi Wingfield scored 27 points and Connor Stevens added 11 points for Concord.
Michigan Center 76, East Jackson 48: The Cardinals continue to roll with a road win in the Cascades Conference. Haydyn Hinkle scored 23 points and finished with five steals in the contest. Tre Collins and Kaden Leighton each scored 12 points for MC.
Grass Lake 56, Leslie 46: Brayden Lape scored 27 points and Jake Collins added 10 points for the Warriors. Jayden Colby scored 20 points for Leslie.
Jackson Christian 54, Camden-Frontier 38: The Royals earned a conference road win Friday night. Isaac Lanham scored 20 points and Caleb Lanham added 12 points for Jackson Christian.
Jackson 54, Pinckney 48: The Vikings earned a hard-fought SEC win at Pinckney Friday night.
Lumen Christi 63, Cranbrook 50 (OT): Lundon Hampton led Lumen Christi with 16 points.
Napoleon 43, Manchester 25: Napoleon improved to 10-3 on the season with the home win against Manchester Friday night.
Northwest 56, Pennfield 53: The Mounties earned a home Interstate-8 Conference win Friday night. Duncan Moffitt scored 23 points, Jalen Jordan finished with 11 points, Josh Jordan scored eight points, and Drew Maples added seven points for Northwest.
Addison 67, Vandercook Lake 54: The Panther earned a road win in the Cascades Conference Friday against VCL.
Western 57, Harper Creek 49: Western earned an Interstate-8 Conference win Friday. Benjamin Parrott finished with 17 points and nine rebounds, Gibson French added 13 points, and Maverick Hammond added 10 points, eight rebounds and four assists for Western.

Jackson 43, Pinckney 40 (OT): The Vikings pulled out an overtime win at home Friday in SEC action.
Lumen Christi 33, Bishop Foley 23: The Titans earned a win in a defensive battle Friday.
Northwest 49, Pennfield 24: The Mounties used a strong defensive effort to win a conference matchup at home Friday.
Western 61, Harper Creek 31: Rayah Hitt scored 23 points and Baylie Stewart added nine points in the Western win.
Wrestling
Groves Invitational: Several area female wrestlers finished in the top four at the Groves Invitational including McKenna Worthing of East Jackson earned fourth place at 120 pounds; Peyton Huston of Columbia Central was third at 140 pounds; Columbia Central’s Brianna Boone took second place at 170 pounds; and Haylee Ryan of Northwest was third at 255.

Hanover-Horton 23, Vandercook Lake 7: Stephen Fair rolled a person- best 164 for VCL. Noah DeKamp finished with a 429 series and Joe Davis rolled a 233 game for Hanover-Horton.

Hanover-Horton 25, Vandercook Lake 5: Hanover-Horton was led by Sophie Donders with games of 148 and 152 for a 300 series.

Lumen Christi 10, Jackson United 3: The Titans were paced by Brodie Gregory and Isaiah Dinverno with two goals apiece in the rivalry win. Jake King had a big night with a goal and four assists and Luke Sexton added one goal and two assists for Lumen Christi (9-3-1). Jackson United (4-10) goals were scored by Eric Bonser, Maddox Grimes, and Cameron Ronquillo.

Bowling
Jackson Jets Invitational at University Lanes: Jackson College made it two-for-two at invitationals with a win at its own invitational at University Lanes in Albion. Jackson College in the men’s competition (eight Baker games and three individual games with five players) with 4,720 edging Muskegon Community College by nearly 600 pins. Trey Richmond won the high series with 687 and Mason Keen won high game for Jackson College with 278. The women’s team scored 3,783 to defeat Kellogg Community College by more than 150 pins. Haley Wallace earned high series with 548 and Kaelin Pond rolled the high game with 226. The Jets travel to the Kellogg Invitational next Friday at 11 a.m. in hopes of its third consecutive win at invitationals.
