Golf State Finals
Division 3 at Forest Akers West: Lumen Christi Catholic High School is tied for fifth (334) and Hanover-Horton is seventh (335) for Forest Akers West in the Division 3 state golf finals. The Titans were led by Charlie Saunders with an 82 and Nash Hanchett with an 83. The Comets are led by Brady Applegate with 78 and Ryder Pickering scored 81. Applegate is seventh individually in the tournament which will conclude tomorrow. The top 10 earn medals and all-state considerations. The final round is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Saturday.

Division 2 at the Fortress Golf Course: J.J. Miller of Northwest High School is tied for 23rd in the Division 2 state golf finals at the Fortress Golf Course. The final round begins at 9 a.m. Saturday.
