Division 7 State Semifinal
Lumen Christi 35, Millington 7: Kadale Williams scored three touchdowns and ran for 139 yards for the Titans. Lumen Christi advances to the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 7 state finals on Sunday, Nov. 26, at 9:30 a.m. at Ford Field in Detroit. See our complete story at JTV.TV.

Portage 4, Jackson United 1: Peyton Paquin of Jackson United scored their only goal in the first period.
Lumen Christi 8, Kalamazoo United 0: Luke Dumont and Daniel Brady each scored a pair of goals for the Titans. Zach Jaakkola and Michael Palmer combined to stop 14 shots in goal to earn the shutout for LCCHS.
Gymnastics
Huron Valley Kickoff: Jackson Area Gymnastics took first in the vault, bars, and beam and was second on the floor exercise. JAG finished the meet with a team score of 136.25.
College Athletic Events
Women’s Basketball
Lansing Community College 62, Jackson College 59: Kaylona Butler scored 21 points and Zoie Bamm added 16 points and 12 rebounds for Jackson College (5-1). The Jets will travel to Siena Heights on Nov. 30 at 5:30 to face the junior varsity squad.
Spring Arbor University 73, Mount Vernon Nazarene 54: The Cougars improved to 6-1 on the season with the victory. Alize Tripp scored 28 points, Alex Long tallied 14 points, and Alana Nelson added 12 points and 11 rebounds for SAU.
Men’s Basketball
Lansing College 96, Jackson College 84: Five players scored in double digits led by Brayden Pearson with 16 points. Savonn Campbell and Jo Coleman each scored 15 points, Antonio King added 13 points, and Xavier Ford-Belton finished with 12 points for Jackson College. The Jets are now 2-2 and will travel to Olivet College to face the junior varsity squad Tuesday at 7 p.m.
Spring Arbor University 90, Mount Vernon Nazarene 75: Spring Arbor University improved to 6-2 on the season and gave Mount Vernon Nazarene of Ohio its first loss of the season. Gabe Newhof scored 29 points, Travis Grayson scored 17 points and dished four assists, and Kevyn Robertson added 15 points and 10 rebounds. Tyler DeSimpelare also scored 12 points for SAU.
Women’s Soccer
NAIA National Tournament: Spring Arbor University 2, Siena Heights 1: The Cougars advance to the Sweet 16 in the NAIA National Tournament in Alabama with the victory. Isa Martinez and Lauren Moellering scored the goals for SAU. Blair Currie earned the win in goal for Spring Arbor. SAU will face Bethel of Tennessee in the round of 16 on Tuesday, Nov. 28 at 11 a.m. The round of 16 at the NAIA National Championship will be played in Foley, Ala.
Bowling
Falcon Invitational: Spring Arbor University continued its bowling dominance winning both the men’s and women’s tournaments. Caleb Tate, Collin Massie, Malori Barnes, Gracey Smiley, and Madelyn Learman earned all-tournament honors at the Sandusky Ohio tournament.
