D3 Regional Final at Lumen Christi

Monroe St. Mary 3, Hanover-Horton 0: Monroe St. Mary Catholic High School showed why it is the No. 1 ranked team in Division 3. Monroe dispatched Hanover-Horton in just over an hour in the regional final, 25-13, 25-11, and 25-11. Jessica Costlow finished unofficially with 19 kills and Madeline Dettling tallied 13 kills for Monroe. Hanover-Horton finished the season with a 24-13-4 record. Morgan Kuhl had a solid night at the net with eight kills and three blocks for the Comets. The Kestrels advance to the quarterfinal round in Division 3 next week against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.
