Lenawee Christian Tri-Meet: Grass Lake defeated Clinton 2-0 but lost to Lenawee Christian 2-1 in a tri-meet at LCHS.
Livingston Christian 3, Jackson Christian 0: The Royals lost 26-24, 25-13, and 25-21 at home Thursday. Madi Conrad finished with 14 assists, and Shaina McCombs and Mailia Kniffen each recorded six kills for Jackson Christian.
Homer 3, Vandercook Lake 0: The Jayhawks lost 25-11, 25-7, and 25-9 at home Thursday against Homer.
Girls Cross Country
Jackson at SEC Championship: Grace Brown finished 10th for Jackson High School in the SEC White Division Championship in a time of 21:23.
Boys Cross Country
Jackson at SEC Championship: Jackson High School finished fifth with 141 points at Huron Mills Metropark. Bryson White finished 21st for the Vikings in 18:32.
Boys District Soccer Final
D2 Mason 5, Western 0: The Bulldogs ended the season for Western at home Thursday in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 2 District final. Western finishes the season with a 13-6-1 overall record.

Men’s Basketball
Exhibition Jackson College 90, CGB Prep 39: Four players for Jackson College scored in double figures in the home exhibition game. Antonia King scored 16 points, Savonn Campbell added 15 points, Aiden Burns finished with 13 points, and Jo Coleman tallied 10 points for JC. The Jets kick off the regular season Nov. 4 at home against Spring Arbor University’s junior varsity team.
Women’s Volleyball
Olivet Tri-Meet: Jackson College defeated Kellogg Community College in five sets, winning the fifth 17-15. The Jets also defeated Olivet College’s junior varsity team in three sets. Allie Jarchow led JC with 34 kills and seven blocks, Alivia Smith tallied 40 digs, Kate Gorney finished with 23 kills, Jaden Bates recorded 25 digs and 19 kills, and Kenadee Tompkins earned 89 assists and 32 digs. Jackson (12-6-1 overall) travels to Macomb Community College Monday for a 7 p.m. match.
