Volleyball
Western at Coldwater Quad: Western High School defeated Adrian 3-1 but lost to Lenawee Christian 3-2 falling 15-8 in the fifth set. The Panthers were led by Abby Nieswender with 67 assists and 11 aces at the service line, Kayda Herrick recorded 27 kills, Palmer Fortress finished with 33 digs, Bayli Stewart tallied 18 kills, Izzy Schlundt created 13 kills and nine blocks, and J.J. Lewis had 29 digs. Western finished the regular season with a 36-12 record and will host a Division 2 district tournament next week.
Concord at Onsted Quad: The Yellow Jackets went 2-1 on the night with a 2-0 win over Hudson and a 2-1 victory over Onsted. Concord lost to Jonesville 2-1.

Volleyball
Spring Arbor University 3, Goshen 1: Kendall Bollenbacher finished with 21 kills and Kelsie Lilly added 16 kills for Spring Arbor in the win. Camy Wedge and Hayden Fortress each recorded 24 assists for the Cougars. SAU is 15-14 overall, 8-8 in conference play.
Jackson College 3, Schoolcraft College 0: The Jets earned a sweep 27-25, 25-13, and 25-22 on the road Wednesday. Kenadee Tompkins led the way with 21 digs and 29 assists, Kate Gorney and Jaden Bates each recorded seven kills, and Brynn Harmon finished with six kills and five blocks for Jackson College. The Jets finish the regular season with a 15-6 overall record, 7-5 in conference play. JC now gets ready for the Great Lakes District Tournament next week.
Men’s Soccer
Spring Arbor University 2, St. Francis 1: Matheus Cunha scored both goals for Spring Arbor University in the win. Braden Kosmet earned an assist on one of the goals. Spring Arbor is now 10-4-3 overall, 5-3 in conference play.
Women’s Soccer
Spring Arbor University 9, St. Francis 0: Isa Martinez scored a hat trick in the home win for Spring Arbor. Reagan Kohler earned the shutout in net for SAU (14-0-1, 7-0-1).
