Division 3 at Columbia Central

Michigan Center 11, Stockbridge 3: The Cardinals lead 4-3 at halftime, but turned up the heat to score seven times in the second half to advance in the Michigan High School Athletic Association Division 3 district tournament. Carter Kosmet scored six goals and dished two assists and Nikolas Kosmet finished with one goal and two assists. Jaiden Tilford, Riley Withers, Brendan O’Dowd, and Spencer Berkeypile also scored goals for Michigan Center (10-1-3). Michigan Center will face Onsted in the district final on Wednesday beginning at 5 p.m. at Columbia Central High School.

Onsted 8, Columbia Central 0: Brennan Goodrow scored four goals and dished out four assists for Onsted in the MHSAA D-3 district semifinal at Columbia Central. The Golden Eagles finished the season with a 2-12-1 record. 

Division 4 at Lenawee Christian

Hillsdale Academy 7, Jackson Christian 0: The Royals fell in the MHSAA Division 4 district semifinal at Tecumseh. Jackson Christian finished the season with a 2-12-1 record. 

Grass Lake 2, Lenawee Christian 1 (shootout): Henry Black scored a goal for the Warriors in the first half in the MHSAA Division 4 district semifinal at Tecumseh. Neither team scored in the two 10-minute overtime periods. The Warriors outshot Lenawee Christian in the shootout, 4-3. Jack Easterday, Black, Dylan Griffor, and Jacob Colesa all scored shootout goals for Grass Lake (13-4-2). Grass Lake will face Hillsdale Academy (13-5-1) on Thursday at 6 p.m. at Tecumseh. The tournament was moved to Tecumseh due to the field condition at LCHS. Lenawee Christian was the defending state champions in D-4 soccer.
