Baseball Districts 

Division 1 at Coldwater

Lakeview 14, Jackson 0: Jackson finishes the season with a 14-20 overall record.

Division 2 at Tecumseh

Northwest 3, Tecumseh 2: Gage Race scattered four hits and struck out 14 batters for NWHS in the win. The Mounties could only muster three hits, but scored three runs. Koby Castle, Alex Thrun, and Douglas Putnam had hits for Northwest.

Western 1, Adrian 0: Cohen Spitzer allowed only two hits in the shutout for Western. He also had two hits at the plate for Western. Jack Whyte knocked in the only run for Western.

Final: Northwest 7, Western 4: Alex Thrun and Douglas Putnam had two hits for the Mounties in the district championship game. Trey Collard earned the pitching win for Northwest, striking out seven batters. Cohen Spitzer went 2-for-3 at the plate for Western (15-19). Northwest (20-6-2) will face Milan at Eastern Michigan University on Wednesday beginning at 6 p.m. in the regional semifinal.

Division 3 at Lansing Catholic

June 4

Springport 5, Vermontville 2 (8 innings): Caleb Kregel had two hits and an RBI for Springport in the district semifinal win. Dylan Sanford earned the pitching win in two innings of relief.

Lansing Catholic 13, Potterville 0

Final: Lansing Catholic 14, Springport 2: The Spartans finished the season with a loss in the district final. Springport (16-13) was led by Travis Riehle with two hits in the final.

Division 3 at Hudson

Hudson 8, Jonesville 2

Hillsdale 3, Hanover-Horton 1: Hillsdale scored three times in the fifth inning to pull ahead. Braylon Sayles and Max Lowry had two hits apiece for Hanover-Horton (14-10-1).

Division 3 at Sand Creek

Onsted 15, Sand Creek 0 

Madison 4, Columbia Central 1: Blake Hoskins and Peyton Denning had the only two hits for CCHS (5-29).

Final: Onsted 4, Madison 1

Division 3 at Lumen Christi

Lumen Christi 8, Leslie 2:

Michigan Center 2, Stockbridge 0:      

Final Lumen Christi 1, Michigan Center 0: Caden Martines knocked in the winning run for the Titans in the district final. Gabe King pitched a complete game for the Titans, earning the shutout. Lumen Christi will face Clinton at home on Wednesday in the regional semifinal. The game is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. Brendan O’Dowd had three hits for the Cardinals (12-9-1) in the loss.

Division 3 at Manchester

Clinton 9, Grass Lake 0: Grass Lake (14-11) only had two hits in the district semifinal.

Manchester 10,  A.A. Greenhills 3
