Jackson Community Foundation President and CEO Monica Moser and Emeritus Trustee Ric Walton announced the awarding of a Literacy Grant to Western Schools in honor of Reading Month. The Foundation will be awarding a grant each month to various initiatives observing the 100th anniversary of community foundations.
