Hosted by HRC Chairperson Cheryl Ragland, with remarks by Harold White, Jr., Mayor Daniel Mahoney, and Invocation by Rev. Michael Young. Presenters were Shalanda Hunt and James Johnson. Guest speaker, Dwight L. Wilson, Author and Community Activist/Organizer. Awards presented were Outstanding Volunteers: Shirley Brown, Community Volunteer and Jacob Inosencio, Founder, Grow Jackson (not present). Inclusion Achievement Award: Antoniese Gant, Director of Policy and Programs, Nation Outside. Diversity Achievement Award: Dr. Daniel J. Phelan, President and CEO, Jackson College.
