64th District State Representative Earl Poleski and House Republicans are considering a plan unveiled by Speaker Jase Bolger that would provide 10% yearly savings on auto insurance premiums while limiting benefits. The plan would put a cap on catastrophic medical benefits at $10 million. Poleski says the change could allow more insurers to enter the state and provide lower premiums by way of competition.
