I-94 Lane Closures Wednesday and Thursday for Rebuilding

(March 5, 2024 5:51 PM) The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close one lane in each direction of I-94 from M-60 to Sandstone Road for rebuilding.

This work is part of the multi-year $162 million I-94 road and bridge rebuilding project in Jackson County.

The start date is Wednesday, March 6 at 8 AM through Thursday, March 7 at 8 PM.  The overall project end date is November 2024.

This work will require single-lane closures in both directions of I-94 between M-60 to Sandstone Road.  Motorists should expect delays.
