John Voelz, founder of the iCreate Poetry Contest kicked off the fourth year of the event on today’s show. Jackson’s iCreate poetry contest gives students the opportunity to win art scholarships, gift certificates, and the chance to have their poems turned into a song by local Jackson musicians. The performance event is scheduled for March 5th at the Michigan Theatre.
