Jackson College will soon offer a new sport for men and women – bowling!
Jets Athletics Director Heather Bateman said the new teams have been approved and a search is underway for a coach. Plans are to start in fall 2018. Bowling teams will compete in the National Junior College Athletic Association & Michigan Community College Athletic Association.
Many area high schools offer bowling teams, so offering bowling at Jackson College should be a good fit. “We hope to have a coach hired as soon as possible to start recruiting,” Bateman said. For information on the coaching position, click here.
