Jackson County Daily Report: 169 Confirmed Positive COVID-19 Cases, 6 Deaths

(April 13, 2020 12:29 PM) The Jackson County Health Department released the COVID-19 positive numbers for Jackson County. As of 12 PM today, there are 169 positive cases (cumulative), and 6 deaths (cumulative)*.

There was no increase in COVID-19 positive cases reported since yesterday.

The Michigan Department of Corrections is reporting as of 7:15 PM Sunday, April 12, there are 196 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases at Jackson prison facilities. There are 153 confirmed positive COVID-19 cases at Parnall Correctional Facility, 21 at Charles E. Egeler Reception and Guidance Center, 9 at Duane Waters Health Center and 13 at G. Robert Cotton Correctional Facility.

Henry Ford Allegiance Health reports that as of 12 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 47 individuals being treated in their acute care hospital have tested positive for COVID-19; an additional 11 inpatient individuals have pending test results. To date, a total of 17 positive COVID-19 HFAH inpatients have been treated and discharged.
