Volleyball

Columbia Central 3, Jonesville 2: The Golden Eagles won 15-10 in the fifth set improving to 6-4 in conference play. CCHS finished with 17 aces and 55 kills on the night led by Mara Henry with 16 kills. Alison Richards tallied 24 assists and Cecelia Slat finished with 40 digs for Columbia Central.

Hanover-Horton 3, Leslie 0: The Comets earned a Cascades Conference win on the road Tuesday.

Michigan Center 3, Homer 2: Saydee Hanks led Homer with 15 kills, Alivia Warner added 12 kills, and Kami Williams dished 42 assists for Homer.

Manchester 3, Napoleon 2: The Pirates won the second and third sets but fell in the last two on the road Tuesday.

Concord 3, Springport 0: The Yellowjackets remained undefeated in Big Eight Conference action. Iyla Weeks finished with 20 kills, Bradie Lehman recorded 28 assists, and Annie Saenz was 16-for-20 serving with two aces.

Cross Country

Big Eight at Springport Jamboree: Concord finished second and Springport was sixth at the Big Eight Conference jamboree Tuesday. Maddox Hutchinson of Concord finished seventh overall (18:11), Paul Herendeen placed 10th (18:22), and Aidan Bradley of Springport was 11th (18:24). Girls Cross Country

Big Eight at Springport Jamboree: Concord High School finished fourth and Springport seventh at the Big Eight Conference jamboree Tuesday. Concord runner Haley Stimer finished fifth (21:03) and teammate Cieara Barrett was ninth (21:46).

Boys Soccer

Jackson Christian 4, Lumen Christi 2: The Royals will play at home Thursday at 4:30 p.m. in the district final against Ann Arbor Academy.
