Boys D-4 Tennis State finals

Lumen Christi at Midland Tennis Center: T.J. O’Neil and Chase Schirmacher advanced to the No. 3 doubles semifinals with a pair of wins in the Division 4 MHSAA tennis finals – a two-day event. Play concludes Tuesday starting at 8:30 a.m. at Midland Tennis Center.

Volleyball

St. Clair CCC 3, Jackson College 2: The Jets won the first two sets in the conference match but lost the next three. Samantha Wynn led Jackson with 18 kills, Liv Smith dished 37 assists, Jaden Bates scored 26 digs, and Allie Jarchow recorded 10 blocks at the net. Jackson College is now 15-7 overall, 5-4 in MCCAA Eastern Conference action. Jackson College hosts Macomb Community College Wednesday beginning at 7 p.m.
