Lumen Christi 3, A.A. Greenhills 1: The Titans earned a win at home Wednesday night during its annual cancer awareness Dig Pink event.

Western 3, Pennfield 0: The Panthers celebrated seniors J.J. Lewis, Bayli Stewart, Sophia Heydenburg, Bella Miles, and Kenadee Golas on Senior Night. Stewart finished with 10 kills and Becca Brushaber dished 20 assists for the Panthers in the win.

Coldwater 3, Marshall 2: The Redhawks fell in Interstate Eight Conference action losing 15-13 in the fifth set.

College Athletic Events

Volleyball

Taylor 3, Spring Arbor 1: Isabelle Kirkendall and Keely Hinzman led Spring Arbor with 11 kills apiece, Camy Wedge finished with 19 assists, and Kirstyn Throop created 19 digs for SAU (11-12 overall, 5-9 CL).

Jackson College 3, Macomb CC 1: The Jets improved to 16-7 overall on the season with a victory at home Wednesday night. Gracen Hager and Samantha Wynn led JC with 18 and 15 kills, respectively. Alivia Smith finished with 42 assists and Jaden Bates created 38 digs for JC. The Jets are 6-4 in conference play and host Schoolcraft College next Monday at 7 p.m.

Women’s Soccer

Jackson College 3, Madonna Reserves 1: Jocelyn Campbell, Franny Parks, and Allie Russell all scored for Jackson College. Taylor Crossian and Katie Gasper earned the win in net for the Jets. Jackson College will conclude the regular season Saturday at Kellogg Community College with a 1 p.m. match.
