Volleyball Regional Finals
Division 2
Tecumseh 3, Western 1: The Panthers finish the season with a 28-14-3 record and a district volleyball title. They lost the first two sets – 26-24 and 25-20 – before battling back to win the third set 25-22 at Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard. Bayli Stewart finished with 15 kills, Ella Wilcox added 14 kills, Becca Brushaber dished 36 assists, and J.J. Lewis finished with 19 digs for Western. Tecumseh continues its magical season with a 46-1-1 record.
Division 3
Hanover-Horton 3, Clinton 2: The Comets survived at Lumen Christi in the regional final that pitted two 40-win teams against one another. The Comets advances to Ypsilanti Lincoln next Tuesday at 7 p.m. for a quarterfinal matchup against Monroe St. Mary.

Division 4
Concord 3, Mendon 2: The Yellow Jackets upset the No. 3 ranked team in Division 4. They earned a regional title and advance to the quarterfinals next Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Gull Lake High School against St. Joseph Catholic. Concord won the fifth set 15-5 to move on in the tournament. Iyla Weeks finished with 41 kills, Annie Saenz tallied 21 digs, Bradie Lehman dished 57 assists and had 28 digs, and Emma Burbo finished with 19 digs for Concord. “We served aggressively and just played great volleyball tonight,” CHS Coach Kathy Lehman said.
