Michigan Community Credit Union has partnered with area car dealers, including Extreme Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and Seymour Ford Lincoln to bring a special event: “Contact with the Car”. Twelve contestants will have the chance to win up to $20,000.00 to have their auto loan or lease paid off. The event starts Friday, August 28, 2015, at 8:00 am in front of Extreme Doge on Seymour Rd in Jackson. This competition event requires that the contestants stand, surround, and touch a car, and the last one standing will win the grand prize. They will be granted a ten minute break every four hours. Contestants were entered by purchasing a vehicle at one of the featured dealers, and financed through Michigan Community Credit Union, or leased, during the qualification period of August 1 through August 22, 2015. After the qualification period, the twelve contestants were randomly drawn to participate in the event.
