It took extra holes, but Napoleon High School golfer Anna McCubbins won the Jackson County Womens Golf Association Match Play Tournament at Sharp Park Golf Course.
McCubbins and Andrea Clark were tied after 18 holes in the final match. McCubbins won the match on the first playoff hole to earn the title.
The soon-to-be high school junior won her first major tournament in Jackson County with the victory.
Anne Faucher defeated Janice Haynes 8 & 6 in the consolation final in the championship flight.
Sandy Fisher defeated Deb Falk 2 & 1 for the first flight title and Kathy Gabriel won 3 & 2 over Nancy Rumsey in the first flight consolation final.
