(June 14, 2023 10;13 AM ET) The R.W. Mercer/Jackson Junior Tour kicked off Tuesday with a nine-hole event at Deer Run Golf Course.
Cody Rowe of Northwest High School and Logan Bentley of Columbia Central led all golfers with 37s.
The tour works with young golfers teaching him/her rules, scoring, tournament play, and etiquette on the golf course.
The next event will be held a week from Friday at Lakeland Golf Course.
