(February 21, 2023 10:37 AM) The Michigan High School Athletic Association regional hockey tournaments start today.
Jackson United will play in the Division 1 regional hosted by DeWitt at Munn Ice Arena on the campus of Michigan State University.
JU (10-11-3) will face East Kentwood in the first round beginning tonight at 5 p.m. The second round is scheduled for Thursday at 8 p.m. at Munn.
Lumen Christi will travel to Chelsea for a Division 3 regional tournament at the Arctic Ice Arena.
The Titans are 17-8 but face a five-team regional with two teams (Chelsea and Ann Arbor Gabriel Richard) with more than 20 wins and all five have winning records.
