Michigan Reports 9,805* Coronavirus Cases, State Total Now Surpasses 2 Million

(February 4, 2022 3:20 PM)  Michigan reported 9,805* coronavirus (COVID-19) positive test cases today, with the state reported total now at 2,009,221.

Michigan is reporting 209** COVID-19-related deaths today with the state total at 30,379.  

*Note on cases (02/04/2022): Today’s daily case count represents new referrals of confirmed cases to the MDSS since the last web update report.  Over the two days (Thursday and Friday), the average number of new confirmed cases is ~4903 per day.
